The guide frame serves as the vertical guiding track for the construction elevator. It is composed of standard sections (each 1508mm in length) connected by M24×250 high-strength bolts with a minimum strength grade of 8.8.
Each standard section is fabricated through welding of bent steel plates and steel tubes, ensuring interchangeability due to its standardized 1508 mm length. A detachable rack is securely fastened to the section using three hex socket bolts.
The four main chords at the lower end of each standard section are welded with alignment slots, while the rack features alignment pins at its base to ensure precise positioning during installation. The cross-sectional dimensions of the standard section form a 650×650 mm square.
To meet diverse user requirements, the standard sections can undergo either surface painting or hot-dip galvanized treatment(offering superior corrosion resistance).
