On September 12, 2025, the Third Membership Assembly of the Nanning Construction Engineering Machinery Equipment Industry Association concluded successfully in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere. The assembly successfully completed the leadership transition, electing a new Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, and leadership team, injecting fresh momentum into the industry's high-quality development!

The conference officially commenced at 3:00 PM. Host Pan Wenbiao introduced the leaders and distinguished guests in attendance: Chen Lin, Deputy Secretary of the Nanning Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Industry Committee of the CPC; Zeng Wei, Director of the Equipment Station at the Nanning Construction Quality and Safety Management Center; Yan Junhua, Deputy Director of the Equipment Station at the Nanning Construction Quality and Safety Management Center; Ma Shixian, Chairman of Guangxi Construction Engineering Group Construction Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; as well as leaders and guests from autonomous region industry associations and sister associations in Liuzhou, Guilin, and other regions. The presence of these leaders and the strong support from sister associations not only fully affirmed the association's work but also injected robust confidence into the industry's development!

At the outset of the meeting, Ma Shixian, Chairman of Guangxi Construction Engineering Group Construction Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., delivered an opening address, expressing his best wishes for the development of both the industry and the association. Subsequently, Pan Xiuzhong, Secretary-General of the Second Membership Conference, presented the “Work Report of the Second Council,” comprehensively reviewing the achievements and lessons learned from the previous council's work, laying a solid foundation for the association's future development. Supervisor-in-Chief Wei Cheng delivered the “Second Supervisory Board Work Report,” while Vice President Yang Chun presented the “Second Membership Assembly Financial Work Report.” All reports were thoroughly reviewed and approved by attending member representatives, fully demonstrating the association's principles of transparency and democratic decision-making.

Following a rigorous election process, Pan Xiuzhong, Chairman of Guangxi Gongkai Heavy Industry Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was elected President of the Association. Chen Yu and seven others from Guangxi Jiangong Dadu Leasing Co., Ltd. were elected Vice Presidents, while Pan Wenbiao from Nanning Xinyoucheng Construction Machinery Equipment Leasing Co., Ltd. was elected Secretary-General. Huang Xin from Nanning Dachao Construction Machinery Equipment Leasing Co., Ltd. and Yu Zecheng from Nanning Tongheng Construction Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. were elected Deputy Secretaries-General.

Following the successful completion of the conference agenda, all attendees proceeded to the first-floor lobby for a group photo to commemorate this significant occasion. After the photo session, participants toured the factory premises with Guangxi Construction Machinery staff to view new products and gain deeper insights into cutting-edge industry trends.

The successful convening of this membership conference marks the commencement of a new journey for the Nanning Construction Engineering Machinery Equipment Industry Association.
